The hotel is a great value for money! The room was comfortable, clean and included toiletries. We visited in June, when the temperature was really hot, but the A/C of the room greatly compensated the heat. The thing that stood out the most was the extremely friendly staff that always greeted us and helped us with any kind of inquiry. Special thanks to Tae Jun Yoon, who was especially nice to us, very professional and helpful.

-Very clean -Very nice professional and helpful staff always at the front desk -Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room which had a massive bathtub,shower,bathroom and 2 beds and big living room -Lots of space! -Separate toilet from shower -Bus stop nearby,train station is 9 min walk (Yeoksam Station) -Was able to take a bus (5min walk) to airport bus shuttle which takes you directly to Incheon Airport in 1hr (17,000 won) -very quiet neighborhood

Very spacious room with a huge tub and separate shower, but a little old. Close vincinity sand short subway ride to COEX Convention Center and Mall (and the insta-famous Starfield Library.) Hotel manager was very helpful for the small details you might need and gave recommendations of his favorite place to eat that re close by. It is definitely a long subway ride (will need to transfer one time) if you are trying to get across the river to the museums/Seoul Tower/Night Market.

The staff were amazing! Check in was a breeze and the staff helped us with our luggage even outside of the hotel when we arrived. They also helped us when we checked out and even called a jumbo taxi for us to go to the airport . The room is very spacious and they provide a great array of toiletries.

Room size, comfort; peace and quiet. My room got upgraded to a suite, so I had plenty of room. I was alone. The room was very quiet and comfortable and I had a very good night's sleep

Staff were super friendly, provided me with a free upgrade to the suite room on the top floor. The room itself was very spacious, especially for this area of Gangnam - the hotel is rated as 2 stars by Korean standards (not sure how this translates to international rankings), but it is way better than other 4 star hotels I stayed in in Gangnam. Definitely recommend, especially for the price.

This is the 3:rd time I’m staying at this lovely hotel. Feels just like coming “ home”, and it won’t be my last…. This is an excellent place to stay in the heart of Seoul, close to everything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable ( and large!). I appreciate tea/coffee in the room, fridge, extra large bed, large desk, bath tub etc And the staff is super nice and caring ❤️

I liked the toilet, shower full bathroom, very clean too. The bed was very comfortable as well, room was huge, lots of space. Enjoyed our time there. Good price as well, stayed for 8 days.

Got a free room upgrade Very nice room for Korea 2 star, western 3 star. If I hadn't know the rating, the room is closer to 4 or 4.5 star quality. But the lobby is very small, so the rest of the hotel wasn't as impressive. Service desk was helpful, but not all could speak English that well
